Fayetteville – Sky Management Services, LLC, a leading privately held commercial real estate investment, development, and management company, announced that it has signed a long-term lease extension and expansion with Keeco, LLC at Sky’s +/-1.0 million SF I-95 Distribution Center facility located in Fayetteville, NC. Keeco, the largest tenant at the site occupies over 600,000 SF, is a premier home textile supplier, specializing in fashion and basic top-of-the-bed products, window, bed/bath accessories, and patio mats. They have expanded twice at the facility since relocating to I-95 Distribution Center from another Fayetteville property in 2013, most recently expanding into an additional 126,414 SF and extending their term.
