eClerx Customer Operations Announces New Fayetteville Location
Company to add 40 jobs by June 1, 2017

FAYETTEVILLE, NC – eClerx Customer Operations today announced immediate plans for a new delivery center, to be located at 235 N. McPherson Church Road. The company looks to immediately begin hiring and plans to hire 40 new employees by June 1, 2017, with additional growth projected over the next 2 years.

“Fayetteville boasts several appealing factors which we believe are critical to success, including a bustling local community with access to a diverse labor force that draws upon military families and local colleges, an overall low cost of living, and reduced operating expenses,” the company said in a release.  eClerx provides specialized customer and B2B care, as well as workflow optimization for cable and telecommunications companies across the country.  With more than 9,000 employees world-wide, this is their first delivery center in the US.

“Growing our local economy is a top priority for Fayetteville and Cumberland County, and we look forward to supporting the company during their launch and as they grow in the future,” said Fayetteville Mayor Nat Robertson.  “Their plans for rapid growth shows confidence in our workforce and community.  I’d especially like to thank Bob Horan, Jinny Jun, and Colleen Kremsky with eClerx for bringing this job creating project to Fayetteville.”

“We are proud to have a globally engaged company like eClerx joining our local economy,” said Robert Van Geons, FCEDC President & CEO. “We are glad that our team, led by Cathy Johnson, was able to find the right location and workforce development assistance.  Projects like this wouldn’t be possible without the work of Fayetteville Technical Community College and support from the NC Community Colleges’ NCWorks program.”

Hiring has already started with key management roles. The company is looking to fill a variety of positions, including Technical Support Agents, Quality Assurance and Team Leads.  Resumes can be submitted directly online at https://apply.eclerx.com with in-person interviews to follow in the next few weeks.

For Job Seekers:

Technical Support Agents will start at a competitive hourly rate during and after training, with all staff members eligible for performance-based bonuses based on individual and center performance, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. For Technical Support Agents, no weekend shifts or sales requirements will exist, and previous experience in technical support, customer service or call centers is preferred.
